1. Overview

Wesley Gilbert, doing business as Made Mine operates this website as Made Mine. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products and personalization

  • Items are made to order. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the finished product, and print or embroidery placement can vary slightly.
  • You're responsible for checking your personalization text, spelling, size, and color before you check out.
  • Content you submit: you confirm that you own or have permission to use any text, image, logo, or design you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You agree to hold us harmless from claims about your content.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders that contain content that's hateful, obscene, illegal, or harassing, or that infringes trademarks or copyrights. If we cancel for this reason, we'll refund you.
  • You give us and Printful a limited license to use your content only to produce and deliver your order.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel orders that have pricing errors and refund you if we do. Payment is due when you order.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. Because items are personalized, they can't be returned unless they're defective, misprinted, or damaged, and the problem is reported within 30 days with photos.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this site, including our logos, text, and graphics, belongs to Made Mine or its licensors. You may not use it without our permission.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for anything illegal, to infringe on others' rights, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the site.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you submit.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you accept them.
